DIY old window art....

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a good weekend.I did here's, what i got up to. I took an old window
Grabbed an old book ,one of my faves- Pride and Predjudice (I had an extra copy) I boiled some water and used tetly tea bags and aged the paper by dragging the tea bag along the edges, some i dunked some pages right in the bowl.
Then I hung them up to dry about 30 minutes or so.
Next I placed them randomly on the glass, and used scotch tape to secure the pages to the window.
All done ... I hung mine in the dining room for now ,but eventually it will hang in my office nook......
But thats a whole other project in the making... Have fun ...till next time,

  1. This is definitely a unique idea! This is a good decoration for an office or a library. I'm sure whoever sees this will be inspired to read books afterwards. I think a little paint on it's frame will make it stand out whatever room it will be placed. [KatchMark.com]
